Plitsch Platsch Forever! is a playful summer adventure seen through the eyes of 11-year-old Pola. When her beloved "Badi", called “Plitsch Platsch” closes due to budget cuts and her only friend Polly moves abroad, Pola is left behind. With nerdy classmate Rosalie at her side, she starts a petition, confronts the mayor, and rallies the kids of Rotwil. Saving the pool won’t bring Polly back – but Pola discovers new friendships and learns that growing up also means letting go.

Tonnes of cigarettes, but also coffee, were brought over the narrow and steep mountain paths from Switzerland to Italy using muscle power. Women, men and children were involved.
