Sarah Born

Sarah was born in Hamburg in 1982 and grew up in Spain and Germany. She studied cultural sciences at the ‘Europa Universität Viadrina’ in Frankfurt (Oder) and Granada. In 2005, she worked at Nicole Gerhards production company Niko Film Berlin. From 2007–2011, she was in the sales and acquisition department of First Hand Films. She is a member of the EWA Network, the European Producers Club and is a Eurodoc as well as EAVE Alumni. She is in the National Film Commission.
Rajko Jazbec

Rajko was born in Slovenia in 1982 and grew up in the mountains of Switzerland. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Science in Business. In 2004, he began directing and producing films while also working in other fields such as the financial industries. He is a member of the European and Swiss Film Academy, an alumnus of Inside Pictures and a board member of ACE Producers Network and Cinéconomie Switzerland.
Inken Blum

Inken was born in Germany and moved to Switzerland in 2015. She studied Cultural Anthropology and Film Studies at the University of Zurich and graduated in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Social Sciences. During her studies, she worked in event management at various cultural institutions and as a research assistant. For two years she also served as of the Head of Industry at Internationale Kurz-filmtage Winterthur, Switzerland's major short film festival.
Jana Pfeiffer

Jana Pfeiffer was born 1998 in Lugano, Switzerland. Before joining the film industry, she completed a BA in Media Sciences and English in Basel. From 2022-2025 she worked in an event & marketing agency as a social media and online marketing manager Zürich. Now she is pursuing a MA in Film Studies and Methods, Data & Society at the University of Zürich. She grew up multilingual and speaks German, Italian, English and French.
Anu Nagulan

Anu was born in Switzerland in 2003. While still in school, she began creating short films, nurturing an early passion for films. After completing an apprenticeship in software development and gaining experience in the corporate world, she decided to return to her childhood dream of working in film. In 2025 she attended a short-term program at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles and has since pursued a career in the film industry.
